As a dentist, Dr. Arwood makes her patients feel safe and comfortable. She believes in treating the patient as a “whole” entity and not just a tooth. It is very important for her to educate patients and encourage overall health for the mouth, body, and mind. Dr. Arwood is a member of the International Consortium on EDS and HSD.
Outside of the office, Dr. Arwood is passionate about exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. She loves the endless mountain bike trails and skiing that Alaska has to offer. Since moving to Alaska, Dr. Arwood has tried many new Alaskan activities, including fishing and flying. Dr. Arwood spends a lot of time with her Malti-poo, Miska, who you can often see hanging around the office.
Dr. Arwood is certified by The American Academy of Facial Esthetics to
provide Botox for both esthetics and orofacial pain applications. In
addition, she is certified to provide dermal fillers.
Dr. William Frantz has been a part of the Wasilla community for decades.
He enjoys the relationships he has built with his patients. Dr. Bill prides himself on creating a trusting, caring environment for his patients and helping anxious patients get the care they want and need.
Dr. Bill is an exceptional cosmetic dentist and specializes in smile design. He is also a highly skilled and exceptional implant dentist.
Dr. Bill also is an aviation enthusiast, supports the local community, and enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their three dogs.
With over 19 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist, Rachel has a passion for education and motivating patients with preventative care. She especially feels accomplished when she makes people comfortable and happy to receive care. Rachel has deep Alaskan roots, moving here in 1990 with only a short stint back to the lower 48 in 2008. When not at the office, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, reading and spending time with her five children.
